He or she needs to understand the procedure of requesting export permit, arranging quarantine inspection, dealing and co-ordinating export documents issuing such as Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate and health certificate. Ideally to have this person understand and capable to handle all these. If not, can be a spot on person who understands and is capable to handle export shipments on general cargo, we then can internally train and guide thru how to run export on perishable cargoes.
