会计事务所招全职Office Admin/bookkeeper

• Provide     operational support to the Manager
  
  
• Processing     Payroll including PAYG withholding, superannuation and other liability     reporting
  
  
• Assisting accounting staffto prepare BAS and others reports
  
  
• Preparation of ASIC forms,correspondence and lodgements
  
  
• Liaising with ATO, ASICand other governing bodies
  
  
• Other tasks as required toassist the Manager, accountants, and clients
  
  

• Processing Payrollincluding PAYG withholding, superannuation and other liability reporting
  
  
• Bookkeeping skills
  
  
• Knowledge of MYOB, Xero,and QuickBooks
  
  
• Knowledge of Microsoftoffice and similar programs
  
  
• Possess excellent writtenand verbal communication skills
  
  
• Time management
  
  
• Attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to workindependently and within a team environment
  
  
• Willing to learn, adaptand grow with the business
  
  
• Good work ethic
  
  
• More than 1 yearexperience in admin or bookkeeper role
  
  
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
