Office Administrator. The Company Hardis has developed a reputation as one of the top craftspeople in Australia. We have been designing and manufacturing high-quality pieces since 1989 and have converted dream projects into reality for leading residential and commercial builders, interior designers, architects and private clients to design and create exclusive furnishings.
Duties and responsibilities for this position:
- General admin duties and training would be provided on our current system Ecount;
- Advanced MS office skills;
- Written & verbal skills are high priority;
- Interior design background would be prefered;
- Ability to build strong relationship with our customers;
- Oversee and co-ordinate all of the offices’ administrative and reception activities including communicate effectively with staffs, overseas suppliers (Mandarin essential) and customers.
Salary:

3、分析店铺数据，沉淀下一步优化方案并跟进落地；
4、日常跟进店铺售后和顾客反馈，针对性及时给出解决方案及线上调整，保障店铺的顾客满意度。
5、积极主动，完成上级给到的其他日常运营工作；
任职要求：
1、具有运营经验，可接受零基础；
2、有清晰的电子商务项目运营思路，能针对不同业务阶段制定有效的运营策略；
3、自备电脑并熟悉使用，每天有1-2小时空余时间；
4、日常回复信息要及时并后积极配合我们优化数据
