[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]2.协调解决项目设计中遇到的重大设计问题，协调相关专业间设计的配合问题。

[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]1.具有丰富的工装项目等全程设计及设计管理经验;环境艺术设计，室内设计专业；
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]2.熟悉目前国内外装饰行业的发展和流行的装饰做法；
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]3.能够独立带领方案设计团队，做好项目合同进度把控和推进工作；
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]4.精通CAD,3DMAX，PHOTOSHOP,SU等专业软件；
[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.85)]5.理解能力强，沟通能力强，具备优秀提案汇报能力和方案落地能力；有良好的职业素养及团队精神；

YOUR ROLE
· Provide lending support (inbound only, no coldcalls)
· Assist with full application process
· Provide customer service with the ability tohandle complaint and dispute
· Liaise between relevant interested partiesduring the lending process
· Able to detect fraud and complete creditcompliance procedures
· Verify and complete required credit and riskassessments
· Thrive in dynamic work environment and a teamplayer
PRE-REQUISITES
· PR or Australian Citizen
· Diploma or higher education, preferably Business/Commerceor Finance related
· Fluent in verbal and written English
· Must have 1-2 years office experience
· Finance or mortgage related work experience
· No experience considered for junior position
