Duties will include but not limited to· Admin duties, incl. answering phones, data entry and filing
Provide operational support to the Manager
Processing Payroll including PAYG withholding, superannuation and other liability reporting
Assisting accounting staffto prepare BAS and others reports
Preparation of ASIC forms,correspondence and lodgements
Liaising with ATO, ASICand other governing bodies
Other tasks as required toassist the Manager, accountants, and clients
Essential Skills and experience
Processing Payrollincluding PAYG withholding, superannuation and other liability reporting
Bookkeeping skills
Knowledge of MYOB, Xero,and QuickBooks
Knowledge of Microsoftoffice and similar programs
Possess excellent writtenand verbal communication skills
Time management
Attention to detail
Ability to workindependently and within a team environment
Willing to learn, adaptand grow with the business
Good work ethic
More than 1 yearexperience in admin or bookkeeper role
Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
